1. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the FieldLens Chrome Extension for your development, administrative, and configuration activities in Salesforce Lightning.

You may:

• Install and use the extension on any number of personal or company devices.
• Use the extension in Sandbox, Developer, Scratch, and Production environments.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

FieldLens is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Because Salesforce is a third-party platform that undergoes updates (such as Winter, Spring, and Summer releases), we do not guarantee that the extension will function uninterrupted or remain fully compatible with all Salesforce customizations or standard page updates. We will do our best to maintain compatibility through extension updates.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PulseBitWeb, Saleem Shaikh, or any contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

4. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the extension after updates constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
